Captain Jay Carson, a fifth-generation Floridian, has been fishing Florida’s Gulf Coast for over 35 years. Since moving to Perry, Florida, in 2002, he has focused on the Big Bend waters, fishing from Steinhatchee to the Aucilla River for the past 22 years. With six years of guiding experience, Captain Jay specializes in sight fishing for shallow-water game fish using both conventional and fly gear.
